Bianca has a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in industrial psychology. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education as well as payroll and basic bookkeeping diplomas. Bianca continues to study and gain knowledge and has recently completed courses with the Institute of Directors as well as a course in Business Integration. She is also on the executive committee of SAPFIA.
Bianca is being groomed to become the CEO of CFE in the future. She is currently a stakeholder as well as director of the company.
